As some of you may have noticed, I submitted a story about Greasemonkey to Slashdot yesterday and linked, among things, to my previous entry about the Slashdot Live Comment Tree script. And whaddya know, they published the story and Peer Pressure was duly pummelled into a senseless pulp by an invading hoarde of slashdotters. Looks like it’s time to upgrade our hardware. Of course, I only wrote the script in an attempt to get linked from Slashdot, but I don’t feel guilty since it turns out to be pretty darn useful and it took me the better part of my Sunday to write it.

In a characterically narcissistic manner I checked out the del.icio.us page for yesterday’s post to see if anyone had bookmarked the page. There’s only one bookmark, but it’s a great one which I reproduced in the subject of this entry. For those who don’t grok Spanish, it means “To be revisited when it isn’t /.ed”. I kind of wish he had said “/.ado”, but I still got a good chuckle out of it.
