What's bugging me most is to be completely blind to who is currently downloading of me. That is the worst. If you close to the tray icon, you can double click on it to open Firefox again. You definitely don't need to use the task manager. To turn off the close to tray functionality, go to Tools/AllPeers Preferences. The problem with the tray icon menu is already fixed and will be in v0.52.
