I don't know much about XULfr because it's not multi-lingual. Apparently Firefox is more popular in European countries than elsewhere, possibly because of it's good multilingual support. Could this fact and the existence of XULfr be the seeds for a new European organisation with it's primary reason for existence to build the XUL platform instead of just internet software?
