		<description>Having run a couple SeaMonkey community meetings, I have only two pieces of advice.

(1) Be prepared to be overwhelmed.  :)  Seriously, it's going to be very difficult to keep up with the sheer amount of traffic, unless you're a very fast typist.

(2) Get a bot to log the channel.

For said community meetings, I did set a time limit of about an hour, and I was able to fit it in, but I had to keep things moving and be absolutely on top of the discussion.  I think it's entirely possible that there might be too much to discuss in a single meeting here.

Perhaps there should be another question added to the beginning of the meeting:  what do we need, in general?  I'm not referring to specific tools (i.e. the vaporware XUL IDE), but to XULRunner as a base product.  We might want to start defining community requirements.</description>
